Bradford Animal Hospital is a full service animal hospital and welcomes pet patients in need of routine medical, surgical, and dental care. Our staff have years of experience treating many conditions and offering regular pet wellness care. Beyond first rate pet care, we make our clinic comfortable and a calm atmosphere, so you and your pet can relax in the waiting room and look forward to meeting our Veterinarians.

What To Expect

Once a year, you should take your pet in for a check-up.  This will include a full physical exam, and may include teeth and gum cleaning if needed.  Our veterinarians will check the health of your pet from nose to tail, and you will be very happy you came to Bradford Animal Hospital. We require medical history on your pet to be emailed to us prior to your pets appointment. If you can not email, feel free to come for your pet's appointment 10 minutes earlier.
It is best to keep a journal of your pet's health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts.  If you have something like this, share it with our team.  If not, let us know everything that you think will be important.  Our veterinarians can still work with whatever information you have. In some circumstances, our veterinarians will refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or surgery.

New Client Cancellation
For all of our new clients we ask to get a verbal confirmation the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we do ask to let us know 24 hours in advance, this can be done by calling or emailing us.  If this is past 24 hours, we do ask to collect a deposit for exams if you need to reschedule. This balance will go towards the cost of the visit.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that clients kindly give as much notice as possible when needing to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any client that cancels with less than 24 hours notice, will be noted in the record.  There will be no charge for 1st time cancellation.  However, if it occurs a 2nd time there will be a cancellation fee of $35.  This is for examinations only. If this occurs for veterinary technician appointments there will be cancellation fee of $25.

Surgery Cancellation Policy
We ask that clients kindly give as much notice as possible when needing to reschedule or cancel a surgery appointment. Any client that cancels with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will be subject to a cost of $150. If the owner wants to reschedule the surgery they will need to leave a deposit of $250 which is non-refundable.

Payment Options

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. We do not accept checks.

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.  Bradford Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments.  You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at:  www.CareCredit.com.

Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. We will be more than happy to offer estimates for services provided.
